Roza A. Suleimenova, Doctor of Science, Professor, is the General Director of "Center SATR" LLP. Roza Suleimenova is one of the leading educational scholars; she has created the modern system of special education in the Republic of Kazakhstan.  Roza Suleimenova is the author of more than 200 research papers and textbooks in the Kazakh and Russian languages. She has initiated and drafted the "Law on Social, Medical and Pedagogical Correctional Support of Children with Special Needs," as well as a number of normative acts in the area of special education.  Roza Suleimenova is the chief editor of the Journal of Research and Practice "Special Education in the Republic of Kazakhstan."  

Roza Suleimenova graduated from Moscow State Pedagogical Institute in 1969, majoring in "Special Education." She graduated from the Academy of Pedagogical Studies graduate school and defended her kandidatskaya dissertatsiya (thesis) in Moscow in 1974. Roza Suleimenova is the Doctor of Pedagogical Science in the areas of Correctional Education and General Education.  

Roza Suleimenova created the first Special Education Faculty that was opened within the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abay in 1977.

She was awarded the Excellence in Education Medal, Medal named after Altynsaryn, Medal in Recognition of Services to Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Diploma of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Diploma of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Yeren Yenbegi Ushyn".
